High Holiday Live Streaming Checklist
Please find helpful information as well as tips and tricks to get the most out of each broadcast below.
If you utilize StreamSpot Sync Automation, make sure you allow plenty of time so that your broadcasts capture to the entire event. You can always trim your archive after the event (for more information, check out how to trim your on-demand archives).
If you opt to password-protect your live streams, be sure to share the password with those you wish to have access ahead of your service!

Extended Support Hours for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur Broadcasts
StreamSpot is extending our standard support hours to ensure you have help when you need it. In addition to our standard support hours, ticket and chat support will be available for the following (all times eastern):
Friday, September 18th - Erev Rosh Hashanah:
Standard support hours: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Extended support hours (ticket support): 5:30pm - 10pm
Saturday, September 19th - Rosh Hashanah:
Standard support hours: 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Extended support hours (ticket support): 3:30pm - 6:30pm
Sunday, September 27th - Kol Nidre:
Standard support hours: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Extended support hours (ticket support): 5:30pm - 9pm
Monday, September 28th - Yom Kippur
Standard support hours: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m
After hours (ticket support for Pro & Premiere customers): 5:30pm - 8pm
